Big signal here. Peaking 40 over. Sounding great. Thanks for the show!
Now totally wiped out by the wideband qrm at 02:30

0205 "Attention all planets of the Solar Federation. Attention all planets of the Solar Federation. We have assumed control. We have assumed control." repeated several times, 'Xandau (Live in London, 1980)', OM - repeat "... We have assumed control." Brief synth YL (unintelligible), "A Passage to Bangkok (Live in Manchester, 1980)', OM - repeat x2, 'The Trees', OM - repeat X2, UnId song - signal deteriorated about 0230, OM - repeat X2, start of another song, QRM from digital signal and lost it at 0238. Moved to 6980 USB due to QRM. Tuned in 0245 to 'Freewill', OM - repeat X2, pause, 'God Save the Queen' - Queen, OM - repeat, 'La Villa Strangiato (Live at Pinkpop Festival, Netherlands, 1979)', 0300 digital signal for about 30 seconds just above, (signal jumped to S7 - antenna change?) "West coast, this is for you", 'Xandau', "West coast give me some IDs, some signal reports. 2500 miles away." then back to song, 'Goodnight Sweetheart (digitally remastered)' - The Spaniels, All songs by Rush except where noted.
S8. Great signal on both frequencies.

0211 S5, good audio reception here.
0213 Xanadu (Rush)
0226 Up to S9
0234 Down to S5 and noise has increased, so poor audio now.
0236 A "buzzer" signal sweeping 6960 to 6970, interfering. Had that last night too.
0242 Moved to 6980 S9, Free Will (Rush)
0252 Dropped to the noise level S5. Strong bursts of digital comm's QRM above 6981. Military voice and data nets use 6980-7000.
0303 Back up to S9 and good audio. Heard a request for signal report. Long fades to S5 happening.
0314 S9 steady
0320 off. Thanks for the program.

What's cool is I don't think I've ever heard this Rush song before. S9 at my bunker. Thanks for show.
Definitely drop freq to 6930-6945 to avoid the UTE. I can't hear anything else.

Tuned in at 0214 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with S9+10 to S9+20 signal, heavy metal rock that sounds like Rush, at 0218 said " all planets of the solar federation, we have assumed control" then more Rush tunes, also tuned in locally with poor S9+ signal with S9 neighborhood noise, at 0228 said "attention all planets of the solar federation, we have assumed control" then more Rush, QRM de data centered on 6965,

Good, but a little noisy tonight on the pirate band into Masset, BC
Tuned in at 02:13 UTC with Xanadu (Live in London) by Rush
02:19 A Passage to Bangkok (also Rush)
02:22 "Attention all planets of the solar federation. We have assumed control"...half-way through this, signal suddenly became very good! Not sure what happened. Now armchair copy!
02:23 The Trees (Live in Manchester 1980) by Rush
Oh, oh! Huge noise blob now (02:33) from 6959 to 6972 screwing around with the reception of 6969!
02:44 That's more like it. VERY powerful on new frequency, 6980 USB and still playing Rush.
03:00 Much weaker again sometime in the last few minutes. Op must be experimenting with power and/or antennas. Brief ute on high side, but only briefly.
La Villa Strangiato (Live At Pinkpop Festival, Netherlands/1979) by Rush
03:02 "West Coast, this is for you" at same time, signal became very powerful again! "West coast, give me some audio reports. 2500 miles away." Then back into Xanadu (Rush). There you go, op!
03:16 Good Night, Sweetheart. It's time to go (note, signal dropped again beginning with this piece).
03:18 All Summer Long by the Beach Boys
03:20 Off after the same, "Attention all planets", although a brief muffled voice a few seconds later, about Late night Shortwave.
A MOST enjoyable program. Thanks, and please eQSL!!!

S7 @ 0219 with "A Passage to Bangkok (Live in Manchester, 1980" - Rush
-
Got to the party at 0217. Loud, clear S7 signal with a rock instrumental on the Pittsburgh KiwiSDR. Got the "assumed control" notice then into *I think* a Zeppelin number.
0221: I've been corrected. Rush, not Zeppelin. Shows ya what I know...
0229: Damn! Some serious QRM here! Some digital UTE station?
