Good afternoon....
I ask for help to identify a broadcaster that broadcasts every day from 16:00 to 16:30 on the frequency of 15185 Khz.
The broadcast is presumably in African language.
There are no presentation jingles or music of any kind just spoken between one or cue people.
The signal is very strong S + 30 / + 40 [-25 / -40 dBm].
The issuer is not listed in any database that I know of or in any blog.
I am attaching a link to the recording file of the first minutes of today's broadcast.

Thanks in advance to those who can provide me with useful information.

Not the right place here...
I would look at the Bulgarian DX site :
https://deets.feedreader.com/swldxbulgaria.blogspot.com/
BTW, seems towards Africa, to a Muslim country I think.
From this site, unknown source, but via Issoudun.
Going to move this topic to Shortwave broadcasting

.... remains unidentified - as a clandestine broadcaster.

Check and see if your audio matches VOA Hausa? I cant remember, but i found them on 15185 and it took two airings for me to figure out it and match what i had to a podcast.
15185 isnt listed anywhere on eibi or even VOA's own site.
I did have a mystery arabic on 15180 that turned otu to not be arabic but no one was able to ID it, mroe details here:

The Saudi's used that frequency years ago. Always in Arabic, no breaks, spreading Wahabism in large doses.

No, it's not Hausa, it could be Tigrinya .... but not speaking either of the two languages .... and not being able to use google transalate, it remains a mystery to me.
The signal, at least according to my receiving station is robust and stable, so from experience it can come from one of the transmitters in France, Germany, UK, hardly from others, and I favor France.
Regarding your signal on 15180 Khz, I tried to understand what language it is ... for sure it is not Arabic, by ear it is a language of Africa, it could be part of those transmissions of religious broadcasters that broadcast in languages that speak in restricted perimeters of the territory .... such as local dialects.

I heard the programme on 15185 kHz today from sign on 1600 to sign off 1629 UTC. It's clearly directed to Ethiopia, but it sounds to me like a one-man-show produced in the own living room. Endless monologue, children crying in the background and one time also someone walking around in the background.
