S9 with the Northwest Ireland KiwiSDR. QRM from another station on the same frequency.

1748 UTC-The Cat With The Cream by Belle And Sebastian

Idea: I do not think the interfering station is from Asia. I have tried to hear it with many different Asian KiwiSDR’s and haven’t had even a carrier. However, Radio Kahuzi from the democratic republic of the Congo used to operate on 6210 kHz and it was know to put a good signal into Europe in the evening there. It has been off air for years but always said they plan to be back on air. If they are that would be fantastic news! As far as I am aware, it is the only low powered community station on shortwave left in Africa! I will have to keep listening and hopefully it will still be active when King Shortwave closes down.
