Finally peaked up above the noise enough to get an ID.  Occasionally hitting S3.  Frequent static crashes here.
0342 - 'I Hear a Sweet Voice Calling' by Hazel Dickens/Alice Gerrard

0346 - 'Lighthouse' by The Waifs

Noted here around 0326z on the SDR recording. Rather weak, just above the noise floor really.
