Unstable carrier around 2969.0 kHz. S5 with the Itäranta, Kotka, Finland KiwiSDR. TDoA confirmed a location in European Russia (I wasn’t sure if the location was Russia or Ukraine).

- around 2100  on 2969 nothing heard in Poland and Finland
on 2910 and 2920 USB active Ru talker
