UNID 11197.0 kHz USB 23:30 UTC 31 AUGUST 2022

23:30 UTC - UNID with what sounds like some kind of broken digital mode / modem. Transmission is on / off and as such is most likely handling some kind of message traffic.

00:15 UTC 02 SEP 2022 - This signal is still active today. I was able to hear this station during the day in North America but was very weak and unreadable. The signal is stronger in the evenings but is still too faint and noisy for a good quality recording.

04:13 UTC - Signal level has improved and sample recording captured.
