Title: HM01 having problems on 17.540am 23 Feb 2013 @ 2200z

Carrier is on and off, numbers data starts abruptly and then it's like they lost power, they are gone.  When it's working, they are about s9 + 30 into NE Ohio. Apparently Pedro is having a bad day.

Edit: 2207 they are about s9+20 on 17.480 now.

I noticed these kinds of problems the other day.
