Title: Echo back on the air
Post by: beaconman on April 26, 2009, 0210 UTC
Echo is  a dasher on freq. 10236.6Khz , it will be on 24/7 from the state of Florida
this beacon puts out a good signal and was often heard up and down the east coast.

Good to have it back on the air.

Copying Echo now, 10236.97 at 1612z. Barely audible, but it is early in the day.

I used to hear it up the east coast on some remote tuners that are interfaced into the inner net....

Glad it is being heard....new location and possible new antenna...
I never hear the Sputnick 10mc beacon any longer, so not sure whats
up with that beacon...
