Pedro having more problems, about s9 + 40 into NE Ohio but very low audio.

I noticed that the 21:00z broadcasts are weaker. maybe directional to EU or something. I hear them well on Twente.

Now on 10715 KHz at S9+40, 2239 UTC 2/24/13.

11530 now. seems like they are back on schedule. I noticed a few broadcasts missing in the last day or so.
