Signal doing better now at 0100!

Audible into GA, unfortunately it is very noisy here tonight. Static crashes are about equal to the signal, peaking at S8. Audio sounds good. Lots of quick deep fades. Going into some BTO at 0025 UTC, ID at about 0030 "The TCS Relay network, relay network....

Found carrier at 0006 on 26 February.  Let It Ride at 0029.

Started with Soviet national anthem in English with very good signal; S9+ and little noise and no interference.

At 1:30+ UTC Jackson Browne's Runnin On Empty, s9+10 w/some static noise. At 1:41 off with sstv - unlike Al Fansome, I can't decode sstv in my head. So I will have to wait until Al draws a picture of what he saw in his mind and posts it. It did sound interesting - whatever it was. Thanks to the relay station op for the show !
