Guy talking, barely above the noise. Sounds like Butthead from "Beavis And Butthead." SIO 333. Westminster, KiwiSDR. Boy, does this thing need a RF gain knob!

Excellent reception, probably Iberian language

I think what you have (being you are on an east coast sdr), and I know I have, are pescadores on LSB.  Perhaps telling jokes while knocking down some Cava.

056- Portuguese speaking peskies very loud and clear tonight (USB).

I checked my SDR recording, these were peskies on 6925 LSB, some of them were splattering into the USB.

I recently asked a Portuguese speaker about these stations. I was told the ones in my recording (below) had a Northern Brazilian accent and were talking about somethings head (maybe confirming they are fishermen?).
