Trying Palstar on RF Systems EMF antenna, but most signals wiped out by heavy local RFI from outdoor lights.

0015z Beatles, Eleanor Rigby. Lynyrd Skynyrd, Simple Man. Just barely audible through heavy local RFI.
0023z SSTV, no copy on outdoor portable.
0052z SSTV, blues/rock, still barely audible over noise. Switched to Sony portable, less RFI but signal no stronger.

Caught the tail end of the transmission - just in time to capture an image (as indicated by the image quality, there was a lot of noise mixed in with an otherwise fairly copyable signal).
