I will have to agree with Thomas on this one. As per Radio Aids to Marine Navigation 2022 (Atlantic, St. Lawrence, Great Lakes, Lake Winnipeg, Arctic and Pacific), VCK is no longer listed as an active station.
As per this reference Marine Radio Communications and Traffic Services History in Canada (https://www.2182.ca/en/history/intro.html), VCK (Sept-Iles) is listed as closed.
Based on Radio Aids to Marine Navigation 2022, as of July 29, 2022, these are the active stations:
Halifax - VCS
Iqaluit - VFF
Labrador - VOK
Les Escoumins - VCF
Placentia - VCP
Port aux Basques - VOJ
Prescott - VBR
Prince Rupert - VAJ
