Title: Qatar conscripts for World Cup duty

As my son noted, there are 380,000 Qatari nationals and over a million coming in country to watch matches.  So, fans may be conscripted to check each other out.

Actually, I have been at a World Cup qualifier match in Abu Dhabi (UAE/Palestine), one of the nicest crowds at a sporting event I have ever attended.  The visiting fans were excited to try out their English with three Americans. UAE 2 Palestine 0  3/24/16.
