Chanting/Music into OM in Arabic at 1727z then IS sign off at 1730z
About S5 here - tough copy but music unmistakable.

I heard this today at 17:10z on 17745Khz. Aoki says it is via Wooferton 16:00-17:30z seven days a week. My reception today was fair/poor with Arabic talk & a little music. SIO 222.

I have this one (presumed) on 7/28/2013 at 1622 UTC. OM in Arabic speaking, sounds like a news read or narration of some kind. Signal is S5 on my 40m dipole.
