2307 UTC Unid music...annoying OTH Radar on frequency
2310 UTC Different song now, but also some peskie QRM :(
2329 UTC Very nice signal now at S8! Nice modulation too! Hearing this directly...SINPO-35333
2338 UTC Light OTH radar back now
2345 UTC Martin 1 SSTV (Not the best of decodes, but that's the AD149 Owl! :)

Exact frequency is 6934.9 kHz. S9+10 on the San Carlos, Chile KiwiSDR. Due to its strength there (stronger than in Brazil or North America) this is probably Radio Compañía Worldwide.

Possibly, but 6934.9 AM is also the frequency for Argentine pirate AD149. Haven't heard them in awhile!

Fantastic! That does explain the drift and a frequency I had not heard RCW on. I also noticed since I made my post the music is Argentine.

It is indeed good to hear AD149 again! Sometimes the op sends SSTV's at the end of the show and also will QSL!
