I heard one guy talking to another in Mexican Spanish a few Khz. below Insane Radio tonight. One of them had a guitar and was singing. Strong signals. I think I'll call them Dino and Chuy if I hear them again.

I heard the music here as well, along with what sounded like some Portuguese outbanders.
