2145 UTC Mostly just a carrier with some bits of music fading in and out. Possibly the Unid tango station?

S7 with the Northwest Ireland KiwiSDR but severely undermodulated (typical of the tango station). S7 but sounding better with the Canary Islands KiwiSDR (btw, I don’t think it is located there but that receiver has good reception of many European stations). Best I have found so far is the HB9DSE KiwiSDR in Switzerland.
