6300 USB Islamic prayer chant. No official shortwave schedule. Per a recent Reddit thread on the same freq and transmission, this was identified by an Egyptian ham as Moroccan fishermen.
Ended 0737 UTC. Some chatter barely audible.

It makes sense, especially now that Morocco is the recognized govt. of the former Western Sahara. There are some prime fishing grounds off that coast.
