Title: UNID 6960 AM 2106 UTC 7 OCT 2022
Post by: Skipmuck on October 07, 2022, 2111 UTC
2106 UTC Fairly solid carrier with unid music fading in and out. Peaks just above the noise floor. Maybe a Euro?
Sounds like easy listening pop tunes here Radio Star! But not sure if in English?
2130 UTC Signal has dropped to threshold level at best here. Can't get a fade-up long enough to ID the language. Last few songs seem to be an OM singing.
2200 UTC OFF

2119 - Solid carrier as well here Skipper. Some peaks of audio. Nothing identifiable.
Same here as well Skipper. Great time of year to catch the Euros from our locations.

I've had this carrier for a little while, it has a good strength, but modulation, if there is any, is weak.

Chris, I've found your SDR with the V beam pulls in the audio from the Europirates better than the one with the Beverage. Probably a wider field of capture.

Whoops! That was a secret. I'll be camping tonight.

Maybe the Brazilian station that has been heard in North America recently? For those listening on SDR’s, if the modulation looked like this it was the Brazilian. Also could have been the Tango station from Spain.
