I have it with a poor/fair signal. Sounds Tom Waits
0004, Shazam says Tom Waits, Warm Beer and Cold Women.  Sounds like a cheap NJ bar.

Saw him in the early summer of 1975 opening for Stephen Stills at Tanglewood in Lenox, MA. I had never heard of him before. Some people said he was the better performer that night!
