Someone started tuning up at 6930.5 at 0146 today. Not much could be copied here - Could see the carrier drifting, then a brief voice transmission.
Off at 0147.
0148z - Back on with the opening of a show.

0151z - Off abruptly in the middle of a song.

0152z - Very briefly back on the air. Two blips of carrier for a couple seconds total.

Came down to hear an unid rock song in progress.  S6 signal over a Link-11 which was a lot stronger earlier in the evening and is now pretty diminished.

0151 off, and intermittent for a while around 0152.

0204z - They might be back. Heard a brief carrier around 6925.

SDR catch here. Noted around 0146 for a moment, then back at 0148z with Metallica "Hit The Lights".
