Playing Jerry Lee Lewis' "Great Ball's of Fire". Heard the announcer, OM, speaking SS. Thanks for the ID Shortwave. I thought that's what this was, I've heard it for the past two weekends on 6931. Someone move this to the Europirate category. SIO at the moment 222.

Not sure if the same, but during the wee hours Friday-Saturday, via several SDRs, I copied hours of pop music and announcer chatter in Spanish or Portuguese language. Based on propagation map and reception patterns, I'm guessing the station is based either in Portugal or Spain, or possibly an island between the US and Europe.
What I heard was dead solid, no drift, on 6931.1 AM, with good audio. Peaked between 0600-0700 UTC via Maryland based Kiwi SDR with V-beam aimed toward Europe. I'll post an audio clip later.

It sounds like you were using the same Kiwi and V beam I was using, Lex?
I haven't been able to copy it that well on the Beverage, but I first heard it on a Kiwi from the same location earlier last night on a 120 ft. TFD. The V beam was by far the best but that was after the Stateside pirate playing church music on 6935 USB started going long. He had a signal wide as a barn door.
