1052 UTC OM speaking in Spanish ?? about Mexico ( can't find any information of a Spanish speaking program on this frequency other than XEPPM Radio Educacion. But it's not listed as on at the moment.
1058 UTC Om talking over music
1101 UTC OM giving numbers & something about the program
1103 UTC off the air

Mexico (6185), at 1056 UT, on Oct 6, with cool jazz; 1102-1104* UT, National Anthem (choral) and off the air;
then CHBC (China) in the clear!
