23:33 UTC - Good signal with poor audio quality. I can't stand that swishing audio noise in the background amplified by an over-compressed audio expander/limiter.

It was worse in the days when ops transferred digitally processed audio to tape. It sounded like they were frying bacon when the audio dropped to nothing.
