9405 khz @ 22:35 utc with YM hosting in Chinese.Hit this while surfing the leading edge of the Gray Line.   

S7 - 9 on the R75.   Minimal QRN.   Light fading.
TX:  Boacaue, Phillippines
TARGET:  Far East.   AZ:   345

Its my understanding this station  is Hong Kong owned/operated.
