S9 with the KFS Omni KiwiSDR and horrible modulation (worse than RHC). This is the only time I have heard any Chinese stations with poor modulation. Same faulty transmitter heard on 13630 kHz last night but I tuned in about 30 seconds before sign off (0500 UTC).
