2330 pretty decent carrier signal here but virtually no modulation.

2341 UTC OM DJ with mention of HF Underground and something about playing the song until ? Something about "reports". Tough copy (Peskies also on the frequency)
2343 UTC OM with "Happy Halloween"
2344 UTC Same song as 2332 UTC
2346 UTC OM DJ chatting, then silence (or deep fade?)
2348 UTC OM DJ chatting, then silence

0001 UTC OM DJ chat....followed by the same song.  Signal is hitting S9 peaks and the modulation is much better! Fairly clear channel too!
0012 UTC OM DJ chat, into a Grammerly commercial and YL with spoken word and screaming sounds and cat screeching. Then dogs barking and wind howling
0018 UTC Spooky song OM singer...something about a box spring hog?
0022 UTC Different music now
0039 UTC Signal buried under wide band noise blob....no modulation detected. OFF?

Hey Unid OP! OTH Radar stands for Over the Horizon Radar! It's used by the military to detect incoming aircraft, missiles, etc.

Pretty decent signal coming in at S9 to S9+10. Thanks for the show. Currently, an unid rap song is on the air.

23:38 UTC - I have a nice S8 and quiet carrier but very little modulation / audio. Actual frequency 6984.960 kHz;
23:41 UTC - Someone speaking and I heard "HF Underground";
23:43 UTC - "Happy Halloween".

Briefly heard a man talking then faded out with moderate to low AM carrier. Squeezing the bandwidth to minimum I could hear some music on that carrier but at such a low level no copy.

OM talk at 2348 with mentions equipment, and the HFU.
