On 20150 kHz, a ~25 kHz wide digital signal which sounds like white noise identifies in CW about every 30 minutes as CGA984.
This signal is S9+10 dB in central Florida now at 1347 UTC.
I've been listening for about 45 minutes and during that duration, the signal stopped and started a few times with brief interludes of quiet and/or a CW ID which I can confirm is CGA984.
What is this?

I have been monitoring for a little over an hour now and nothing seen or heard from my location. I did however observe some activity, as can be seen in the 14:49 UTC screen shot below, via the W1NEJ Kiwi SDR. The signal appears to be centred around 20152 kHz and is fairly constant with some short interruptions. No CW ID so far.
14:56 UTC - There was an interruption of the signal and perhaps some CW. I unfortunately only saw the trailing end of it on the waterfall and nothing else afterwards.
15:00 UTC - CW observed on the waterfall but I was unfortunately in AM mode. White noise pattern returned shortly after.
15:15 UTC - I have probed around using Kiwi SDRs and so far this signal only appear to show up on SDRs located in Florida.

As of 1856z, the signal is still present and S9 and just sent it's CW ID as CGA984. .
Thanks for your report. After my last post, the signal briefly stopped and started a few times for about a minute and upon restart, it again provided the CW ID.

I believe this is also one of the companies suspected of being involved in HFT (High Frequency Trading) development.

For anyone that did not see this signal, or for some reason does not receive it, I have put a short video up on my YouTube channel.

Nice job in finding this station. Very interesting ... particularly the location. The "CG" should have been a dead giveaway for Canada but when I tried to look it up I did not get any results. Even more interesting is that Rohde and Schwarz has recently been awarded some major contracts by National Defence and the Government of Canada to provide replacement HF radio systems.

Definitely worth looking into further including the other frequencies associated with this call sign:
