English. 0430, a bit of fading. Usual VOA Africa fare, still nice to hear after all these years.

I heard something in its place the night before that sounded like a ton of VOA incidental music. Wonder if it was just gearing up for the new schedules.

If you hear some instrumental music or the VOA Theme over and over, thats what happens when the program feed has gone tango uniform.  I've caught it several times.
