Just noticed on spectral here
0249z ID RTN
0250z ID into Golden Earring "When the Bullet Hits the Bone"
0252z /off abruptly after "sorry" [lost them in rising noise level?]

~s6-7

Despite conditions & signals deteriorating & noise floor rising

About S6 on peaks, but very quick fades down to S1 or so making for tough listening.
Audio sounds clear on peaks

Got him here with lower then usual signal but considering the solar storm going on I'm surprised to hear anything. ALWAYS GREAT TO HEAR AN OLD FRIEND!

SDR recording catch. 0237z sign on with about an S6 signal. Off at 0253z.

A carrier appeared again at 0312z on 6940, but the frequency was buried by a UTE by then.
