In Kurdish to Middle East - mostly OM ranting about ??.
Via Moldova and very clear strong signal here S7+, low low noise.
Very enjoyable music (zither?) after the rants.

They recently changed transmitter sites.

0300-1500 on 11510 KCH 250 kW / 116 deg to WeAs Kurdish
1500-1900 on 11510 ISS 250 kW / 090 deg to WeAs Kurdish
