Electronic music, numbers stations mixed into music, SSTV. Fair to good through crashy condx.

No copy on SSTV, listening via east coast SDR. Too wet, cold and windy to sit outside with portable tonight.

SDR recording catch, on from 0012-0032 UTC, not a great signal. The SSTV image was sent in the obscure SC-2-60 mode.

Looks like they QSY'd to 6950 at 0036 UTC.
