Wasn't there a Guatemalan domestic that lasted a mere handful of years on 4054 and disappeared back in the late aughts? I'd poke around in that part of the spectrum to see what's available, then move to 80 meters to pester the Depend's crew if there isn't anything in the 4000-4150 range.
