2225 Jazz music and OM in foreign language maybe French. Off at 2228z. Strong signal, S9.
AM carrier up and down for a few minutes before, several false starts in USB.

Heard in here too probably French Language program at S8 here in Wisconsin.

Had the same here near Chicago - very strong - off about 30 seconds after I tuned in.
