Strong USB Signal at S7 music saying "Black Swan Radio calling western North America" at 0302 UTC then off at 0304.

Clear but fading signal in SW Finland (Paimio) before 03.00 UTC for at least 15 minutes period.
Three station-id's at 0251 UTC and techno music.
