After seeing an HFU reference to the FCC's HFDF (high-frequency direction finding) center in Columbia, MD I did some surfing and came up with lots of interesting hits, here's a couple:
- Bid request for new software (08/09/10):

- Bid request for a new system to link receiving sites to the main site - includes a site list (08/30/11):

There was also a bid request for a new building to replace the trailers that were being used to house the HFDF center.

Government Boondoggle.
All FCC Agents should be fired,
and forced to find honest work.

I think that software needs a "back door" ;D
Peace!
