I think it could be Energy AM from Ireland. Maybe someone has any information about this station.

The second recording includes an announcement in Spanish,
not likely from a station in Ireland.

So, that makes things quite different. Can be an Irish station.
But Radio 208 from Copenhagen is on 1440 too, with rock format.
