S  7 to 8 with slight noise and fading via University of Twente Web Sdr, use noise reduction.  Using Shazam to id songs.

Getting those same spurious signals very strong here in SW England. Transmitter has a problem.

Looks like the Pulse Width Modulator isn't decoupled/filtered off with low pass filtering correctly and the 15 khz from that is getting on the RF output, causing those two sprogs 15khz above and below. If I had to guess.
