Sorry I missed it. I was watching "The Mouse That Roared" from Sellers post-Goon career a couple of months back. He play's the Dutchess and Tully, Prime Minister and head of the military delegation from the Duchy to the U.N. on what to do with the nuke they'd found? Damned if I can remember what the name of the Duchy was?
