UNID 6951.0 kHz USB 21:56 UTC 02 JAN 2023

21:56 UTC - UNID with musical tones / flute. Weak readable;
21:57 UTC - Female speaking with British English accent, perhaps station ID. Too weak to understand but it sounds like a numbers station.
22:00 UTC - Fair copy via the HFU 120 ft T2FD. Female with a series of 5 digit number groups sent twice: 19792, 65657, 99181, 52401, 68669, 06272, 24259, 82781, end of message. Only got a partial copy of the number sequence.

Note: Frequency / Time is not listed in the Priyom database.
