Very weak but music and talk in the noise. Seems off at 2224.

2223 - can hear it here too - only talk - definitely USB - can not be sure I am not hearing a peskie.

I've heard stuff there for years, mostly in SSB. I think there was a legit South American broadcaster there for a while and a MARS net that pops up from time to time? It used to be a favorite area for 40 meter op's to tune up before jumping in to the fray on 40.

Noted here on the SDR recording, they sounded like Peskies.

Thanks Chris. I wasn't sure. Pretty sure I heard music but the transmission was so weak I wasn't positive.
