Tuned over here to set up overnite recording after RML went off.  Heard a strange little rap here until it went off at 0409.  Could not make out the lyric.

Very weak on the SDR recording, starting at 0406. Just barely above the noise level, so while I could tell there was audio, I could not actually hear what was being said.
Off just after 0409z.
