New station from Nagorno-Karabakh Voice of Talyshistan starts programs in Talysh language on 9677,6 kHz (AM) via 10 kW transmitter with non-directional antenna in Khankendi (Stepanakert):

0900-0958z Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat
1200-1259z Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat
1500-1559z Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat
