There are peskies on 6960lsb. The way some of them run radios, it would not surprise me if there was splatter on the other sideband.

I often notice on the KiwiSDR waterfall that some Peskies on 6950 and 6960 will use USB instead of LSB.

SSTV noted too. Also, music heard on this frequency.
