1917z announcement "I just came back from the WH, the President is dead"
1958z /off

s6 in South-Central VA/along NC border [some fading but not rapid over duration of broadcast]

Interesting - but extremely weak here in NE Ohio.  Noise and a slight buzz also.

I'm getting the same behavior in northcentral Pennsylvania.  I've also got a loud buzzing, more like a very fast rumbling, on the band, it's been there all day.  I don't know if it's atmospheric or local, but I can't think of anything in my house that I've changed.
