1450 music, hosting in F, old F pops/songs, very hard to hear,
1510 Hugues Aufray "Dès que le printemps revient"
Can't find a good SDR to that station, just a bit less awful in South half of France,
1523 DJ in F, Tino Rossi "Méditerranée"

1607 yes, best on linkz2 KIWI SDR
1610 some version of "Ya ya twist" can't even guess the language
1612 OFF

Exact frequency is 6139.86 kHz. S9 with the Linkz 2 KiwiSDR in France, a bit of splatter from other stations.
