UNID 6290 in the noise here sometimes audio breaks through the QRM

Dutch op saying about antenna and 20watts carrier RF power

1800 music, noisy         1809 pop beat

1818 'Achtung! Achtung! ', music,
1821 anorak music (probably André Brasseur), ID Ronalisa, reports, (but now it's weaker here), says closing down, 1824 D instrum. music
