Title: Big Johnson R. 6950.02 AM 2205 UTC 19 Feb 2023
Post by: DaveJV on February 19, 2023, 2207 UTC
2205  "Gimme All Your Lovin" by ZZ Top
2208  Sounds like a stand-up comedy show.  Audio kind of scratchy making it difficult to copy.
2214  "Cherry Pie" by Warrant??  Starting to get some heavy QSB.
2216  ID by M w/altered voice sounding like he said it was the very first broadcast from Big Johnson Radio.
2217  More stand-up comedy.  Sounded like Andrew Dice Clay, but perhaps not.
2219  Continued with more comedy from Doug and Bob McKenzie, "The 12 Days of Christmas"
2224  "I'm Popeye the Sailor Man"
2225  ID and QSL request to  P.O. 28413, ?? RI ??

Good signal and fairly steady.

I wonder if it was the original of "Big 10 Inch Record" by Bull Moose Jackson or the later Aerosmith cover? Bull Moose was discovered by Ike Turner when he was a talent scout for Sam Phillips, cruising around the South in his Rocket 88.
