There's another station in here now played a song at 18:40 UTC which Shazam identified as KOTO- Dragons Legend (Siegfried's Mix) was interrupted briefly with some Dutch speaking then the song continued. Then 18:45UTC Digital Impression - Changes

Is this the same station as earlier?

So was this what I heard then Ray rather than radio black power, I heard the 99 Luftballons and sone comment about closing down too.
